As the ACD for McDonald’s CRM, I managed a team creating e-mails, push notifications and a new SMS program giving consumers a more personalized relationship with the brand. Using atomic design, I built a CRM style guide and template system to create consistency and flexibility for e-mail design.
Toy Story 4
For a partnership between McDonald’s and Disney’s Toy Story 4, we created an interactive, carnival game that lives entirely within e-mail. Mimicking the classic Pop-A-Balloon game, users hover over or tap all the balloons to reveal end frame promoting the Happy Meal partnership. This campaign won a gold AVA Digital Award.
Shamrock Shake
Our team pitched a Choose Your Own Adventure style Shamrock Shake game that can be played completely in e-mail. This animation shows shows a simple example of how the 8-bit style game would work on mobile.
